Where We Ship. We ship to the lower 48 U.S. states only (we no longer ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.).
Shipping Charges. Unless otherwise noted, our checkout process is calculated for ground shipping (shipping charges are reflected on the checkout page, or you will be directed to a rate chart for that specific product).
Order Processing. Our engravers and warehouses are closed on weekends and legal holidays. Most items are shipped 2-4 business days after purchase (refer to item description for exceptions). Engraved and personalized items take 1-3 additional days. Once an order has been submitted for personalization, it cannot be cancelled.
Chargebacks Due To “Unrecognized Charge”. You will receive TWO order confirmations after your purchase, one from our shopping cart and another from our customer service department. In the second email, you will be notified of the name on your credit card statement that is associated with your purchase. If you file a chargeback with your credit card processor after your order has been confirmed, claiming it is an “unrecognized charge”, we will, (a) re-charge your credit card for the full amount of the purchase, (b) charge you an additional $15.00 that our bank charges us for having received a chargeback, and (c) we will not accept orders from you in the future.
Inventory. All items are currently in inventory; however, if an item sells out unexpectedly, we will contact you immediately and provide you with options.
Undeliverable Packages. Every major shipper (UPS, FedEx and DHL) imposes a surcharge for an incorrect delivery address or zip code, including a misspelled street name. This results in delays and is a disruption to the shipper's delivery schedule. Please double check the shipping address. Do not type any information in all capital letters, or all lower case letters, and your first and last name must be completed in your checkout profile or we will not be able to process your order. If you provide an incorrect delivery address that results in the inability of the shipper to deliver the package, you will be charged $20.00 before your order is processed for re-delivery.
Lead Time. We do our best to be accurate about lead times, such as for product assembly of wedding and baby shower favors, or engraving or other personalization. Large items often require more time for packaging and shipment to ensure arrival without damage. Please refer to the item description for our estimated lead time before an item is shipped, which does not include transit time, and plan ahead for gift-giving, especially if your occasion date is rapidly approaching (large quantities of favors can take several weeks to ship). Selecting expedited shipping does NOT expedite the processing time of personalized or engraved items. Expediting shipping applies to transit time ONLY.
Even with our quick internal order processing, sometimes delays are caused by conditions beyond our control after packages leave our warehouse. This is particularly true during winter months when snow storms and ice and hale prevent planes to distribution centers from landing or taking off. All of our shipments are insured against loss or damage, so if a problem arises, such as a shipment that did not arrive, let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly attend to your concern.
Delivery Address. We do not process orders with a P.O./APO/FPO box number listed as a delivery address. A signature is not required for most deliveries, but there are exceptions (see below), and we highly recommend that you make arrangements for someone to personally sign for your package rather than have a driver leave it out and exposed to the elements of weather. Humidity can build up inside a package and affect its contents, such as to paper products, candles and edibles, and this can occur in hot, rainy or humid weather. Also, if you leave a note for a driver to leave a package on a porch, the side of your house, in the backyard, etc., and it is stolen, we are not responsible.
Signature Upon Delivery. Some of our products require an in-person signature, regardless of the time of year the product is shipped. During summer months when candles, chocolates or other perishables are delivered, this is particularly true. We will advise you after checkout if a personal signature will be required upon delivery so that you can make advance arrangements.
Guaranteed Christmas Delivery Schedule: Orders can be placed for Christmas delivery through December 21st. All services are available because we ship from multiple warehouses, but the method of delivery and time in transit will be dependent on your proximity to our warehouse where the item is stocked. We can ship by some locations by UPS Ground for purchases made as late as December 19th (it takes us 24 hours to process an order). Other options are 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and Saturday delivery. If you have questions, please use contact us. Purchases made on December 20th must ship NEXT DAY AIR. Wedding-related purchases without a Christmas deadline will ship by ground service.
